Yogi Stretching is a mixture of Yoga and martial arts. Yoga through your chi (ki) and martial art's stretching techniques help in the relaxation of muscles and the increase of blood supply and decreases muscle fatigue. Regular Yogi stretching helps to alleviate aches and pains.

The benefits to be gained by participating in the Yogi Stretching Classes are many and varied. The course content is designed so as to assist in improving mental wellbeing as well as physical fitness. Participating candidates will gain a new sense of self confidence through the exercises, both mental and physical, which they will learn on the course.

Aside from this, candidates will also be made fully aware of the importance of correct posture and body movements, which can be extremely advantageous in the workplace, particularly in areas such as lifting heavy items and also in other health and safety issues.

Another major advantage to the course is the relaxation aspect which it teaches. As a result of this, course participants will benefit enormously, both in the personal and professional aspects of their lives, thereby creating a better lifestyle for them and their families.

There are 3 different levels:

  1. Beginner: based on re-education breathing, mental relaxation, basic stretching.
  2. Advance: includes beginner and more advanced stretching with more techniques.
  3. Athletes: Dancer, running (long distance and short) martial arts, MMA fighter, football etc.
